A snapshot of guest ratings and stories behind the stay.
“We stopped here for a quick overnighter before our flight. The rooms were a little small. We had a room with two queen beds. It did have a microwave and a small refrigerator a decent size TV Wi-Fi. This was the first hotel. I’ve stayed at where the bathrooms had pump stations for hand soap, shampoo conditioner, so that was pretty cool.. the lobby had an area for you to eat, pool table, a lounge area with a , business center fitness area, indoor pool, and a small store at the check-in area that had many selections of food to include premade items and food you could microwave. They also had a continental breakfast in the morning but all day they did have coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and fruit. I would absolutely stay here again.”
“Had 10 days in PHX. We split the stay with 5 days at Holiday Inn Scottsdale North and this Staybridge near Biltmore area. The Staybridge room was nicer, newer and larger than the older HI. The freeway access was fantastic without the noise one might think would come with that. The front desk staff were exceptional and shout out to Irvnine for managing the walk thru the day prior and upgrade. The one point that may have left a blemish on the property was the housekeeping staff. The houskeeping did not visit our room even to take out trash or replace coffee. By the last night of our stay I hear the two housemen talking outside the room around 10am. Thinking they see we are leaving for the day, it should be serviced by the time we came back around 3pm. In fact, I even asked the morning front desk to please let housekeeping know they can enter the room. Upon return with our family visitors the room still had not been serviced. I went to the front desk once again and asked if they could at least bring us towels and coffee he said he would call and see if any staff were still working. A guy did show up several min later. The guy just didnt seem to want to provide any sort of reason for not coming to the room at all and looked put out by the lateness of the call (3:30pm). Very poor attitude and/or training IMHO. The trend to reduce housekeeping labor and do 'light' housekeeping most days is fine, but not even emptying the trash other guests put outside the room was a bit much. IHG are better than this so it seems like a local property matter.”
“This was our first time staying here and I'm very pleased. The rooms are super nice is like a mini studio. Dishwasher 2 burner stove cups, plates, wine glasses. A microwave and a full size fridge Definitely , family friendly , nice pool in jacuzzi , a pet area , a gym , open , twenty four hours. And our best part was the breakfast. It was very filling in a lot of variety. It comes complementary with the price of the room which comes in handy. If you have a big family as it saves you thirty dollars or more going out for breakfast in the morning. They had eggs, bacon, waffles. An oatmeal bar, they had potatoes, and they also had all the toppings to go on anything you needed. They had cottage cheese and yogurt , fresh fruit , salsa jalapenos cream cheese , toast whipped cream , boiled eggs , the whole nine yards , this was super nice. Definitely, will stay again if I'm in the area.”
